Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking an Assistant Internet Manager to support daily internet operations and drive online sales. You will assist the Internet Manager with lead tracking, CRM usage, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of automotive sales experience and a track record of exceeding internet sales KPIs such as lead-to-show and close rates. This full-time role offers a competitive pay range and benefits.

• Proven demonstrable experience in exceeding automotive internet sales KPIs (lead to show, close on shown, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Internet department operations and support the Sales team in achieving online goals.
• Review and follow up on prior day internet leads with engaging content and tracking in the CRM.
• Verify CRM entries for processing leads, appointments, and outcomes.
• Manage lead distribution strategy to the Sales team and optimize follow-up on unsold appointments.
• Audit Internet leads for proper sorting into New/Used/Full line buckets.
• Report traffic sources, lead-to-appointment ratios, and key metrics to GSM and GM daily.
• Create/update email scripts and communication formats as needed.
• Monitor store appointment volume and report to GSM/GM daily.

Assistant Internet Manager

The Assistant Internet Manager is an experienced professional with understanding of sales operations and importance of the internet process, lead cultivation and disbursement, CRM utilization, customer service skills, and strong leadership skills; will assist the Internet Manager in customer lead data tracking; at all times providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operations of the Internet department; support the Sales team with completion of daily internet goals.
• Review and follow-up on previous day internet leads for proper process, including videos, test opt-ins, compelling content, accolades, testimonials.
• Verify the recording in CRM of all events in processing leads up to and including appointments.
• Manage lead distribution strategy to Sales team; drive process to follow-up unsold appointments.
• Audit Internet leads to verify leads are properly sorted into New/Used/Full line buckets.
• Report all relevant traffic, traffic to lead sources, lead sources, lead to appointment ratios, and all relevant metrics for both sales and service to GSM and GM daily.
• Create and update communication formats email/scripts, as needed.
• Track store appointment volume and report to GSM and GM daily.
