Responsibilities

• Mine Auto Alert database to identify customers for aligned vehicle options.
• Follow up to set appointments and gauge satisfaction.
• Contact customers based on current incentives.
• Meet customers to discuss new vs used options and repairs.
• Generate leads and close sales through follow-ups.
• Explain product performance and optional equipment.
