Responsibilities

• Contact customers and perform needs analysis including vehicle make, type, and features.
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation in showroom or on road.
• Research model availability and equipment using dealer databases.
• Negotiate sales price, including taxes, trade-ins, license fees, and financing or lease terms.
• Complete paperwork and arrange delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Attend required training and department meetings.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
