Job summary

SONS Automotive Group in Montgomery, AL is seeking an Automotive Internet Director (BDC) to lead our busy sales department. This role focuses on handling online inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and guiding customers through initial information and financing options.

You will work with a team, use our CRM daily, and contribute to process improvements. The position offers a family-run environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team.
• At least one previous role with strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule sales appointments.
• Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Present financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads not ready to book or who no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions; maintain positive relationships with teammates and management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
