Job summary

Colonial Group in Littleton, NH seeks an Installation Technician to perform tire services, oil changes, and general automotive maintenance. You will follow safety policies, complete MPIs, and document work orders to ensure proper service and customer satisfaction.

The role requires one year of automotive experience, a valid driver's license, and ASE certifications (G1/A4/A5) or equivalent credentials, with training through VIN/VIP style LMS programs.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• State Inspection License required or preferred.
• ASE Certifications G1, A4 and A5 recommended/required.
• Equipment Safety Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive tire services, oil changes, and under-hood maintenance.
• Ensure a valid Service Work Order is created and displayed during service.
• Complete MPIs and maintain the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement process.
• Manage parts from designated Desk Team and return unused parts after service.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and comply with safety policies.
• Road-test vehicles as needed and ensure quality workmanship.
