Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana owned company, is seeking personnel to inspect vehicles for condition, wear, and damage. You will photograph and upload results, interact professionally with dealers and consumers, and ensure timely, accurate inspections in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include data entry on handheld devices, following inspection programs, and collaborating with management and sales teams to improve service. Must meet age, license, and English language requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must have the ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• 1 year Automotive experience: Repair Shop, Educational, Hobby.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Communicate in a professional manner with customers (dealer or consumer).
• Resolve customer inquiries in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner; inform management of complaints or incidents.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, efficient, and courteous attention.
• Inspect vehicles for signs of wear, damage, or previous repair; capture data accurately on a handheld device.
• Complete inspection of vehicles and ensure adherence to defined program for the customer.
• Submit completed condition reports using available technology; complete road test if required.
