LKQ Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Wilmington, NC. You will promote sales, provide customer service, and evaluate customer needs while answering questions on parts, pricing, and services.

Responsibilities include processing orders, handling credits and invoices, and developing relationships with customers to generate new business. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to support a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work orders and/or interchange and returns, etc.).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
• Process orders – order entry, pricing, quantities, and shipping data; may dispatch orders in some locations.
• Follow-up with customers as needed. Assume other duties as assigned.
