Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking motivated individuals in Tennessee to join our parts sales team. The role focuses on promoting LKQ products, delivering outstanding customer service, and identifying customer needs to drive sales.

The candidate will handle order processing, pricing, delivery information, and follow-up, while maintaining accurate internal documentation. Prior automotive parts knowledge is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Automotive parts knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing LKQ products.
• Provide customer service, evaluate customer needs, and answer questions on parts, pricing, and services.
• Inform customers about warranties, price, quality, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, etc.).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to generate new business.
• Process orders: entry, pricing checks, quantities, shipping data; follow up with customers.
