Job summary

Anderson Ford Woody Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented Guest Service Agent to support our service department.

You will greet guests, direct them to the right Service Advisor, and provide timely vehicle status updates as directed by the service team. Responsibilities include vehicle intake, key control, shuttle duties, and maintaining a clean, organized Service Drive and guest lounge area.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles (preferred).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and promptly upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor or Service Manager.
• Assist guests in locating their scheduled Service Advisor and provide accurate vehicle status updates as directed by Service Advisors or Service Managers.
• Perform vehicle intake tasks: place hat tags, attach key tags, park vehicles and secure keys.
• Drive vehicles within the service drive, retrieve repaired vehicles, and inspect them prior to delivery to ensure no warning lights and a clean interior/ exterior.
• Provide guest shuttle service and run errands to support service department operations.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleanliness and organization tasks for the Service Drive and offices, including janitorial duties as needed.
