You will handle inbound leads, set appointments, and support sales consultants with timely, courteous communication while maintaining high customer satisfaction and a professional dealership image.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and patience.
• Ability to work independently within a sales team.
• Attention to detail and fast-paced environment adaptability.
• Active listening and effective communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone, email and text leads using scripts to set appointments.
• Respond to inquiries promptly per dealership standards.
• Maintain CSI at least 2% above zone/branch average.
• Assist sales consultants and managers with CRM communications.
• Ensure guests are greeted professionally and appointments are prepared.
• Maintain vehicle readiness for show/test drives and participate in improvement meetings.
• Provide top-notch guest experiences before, during and after a sale.
