Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone, email and text leads professionally using scripts to set dealership appointments.
• Respond to leads and inquiries promptly per industry and dealership standards.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index higher than zone/branch average.
• Monitor emails in CRM and assist sales consultants with responses.
• Ensure professional communication by phone, text, email or in-person.
• Ensure guests are greeted and appointments are ready.
• Prepare appointment vehicles for show/test drives.
• Attend ongoing training and improvement meetings.
• Familiarize with warranty coverage policies and procedures.
• Provide top-notch guest experiences before, during and after a sale.
