Job summary

Kalispell Ford is seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our sales team. You will handle inbound inquiries by phone, email and text, setting appointments and supporting sales consultants to deliver a top-notch guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, patience and a team mindset. No automotive experience required; training provided to learn warranty policies and dealership procedures. Growth opportunities exist within the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone, email and text leads using scripts to set dealership appointments.
• Respond to leads promptly per industry standards.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating above the zone/branch average.
• Monitor emails in the CRM and assist sales consultants with responses.
• Ensure communications are professional and courteous.
• Escort guests to appointments and ensure vehicles are ready for viewing.
• Maintain training standards set by manufacturers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Answer inbound phone, email and text leads in a professional manner using provided scripts with end goals of setting appointment with guests at the dealership
• Respond to leads/inquiries in a timely manner determined by industry and dealership standards
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating at least 2% higher than zone/branch average
• Monitor all inbound and outbound emails in the CRM while assisting sales consultants/sales managers with responses as needed
• Ensure that all communications via phone, text, email or in-person are professional and courteous
• Ensure that sales consultants are ready for all appointments and waiting at the door when guests arrive
• Ensure appointment vehicles are selected, clean and ready to show/test drive for dealership guests
• Maintain minimum training standards set forth by manufacturers
• Attend ongoing improvement meetings held by management teams
• Become proficient in warranty coverage, policies and procedures set by manufacturers
• Greet guests upon arrival in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
• Acknowledge all dealership guests on the premises when opportunity arises
• Perform any and all other related duties as required and assigned
• Maintain a professional image and appearance in the workplace
• Provide top-notch and exceptional guest experiences before, during and after a vehicle sale

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work, preferred
• Strong organizational skills and patience
• Ability to work independently while being an integral member of the sales team
