Job Description
Position Summary: You will provide a superior Guest Care experience, assist in driving sales of automotive repair services and tires, and contribute to business growth through strong sales presentations and product knowledge.

Compensation: The hourly range is $16 - $17, based on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Complete Monro's training program to execute the selling process effectively.
  2. Engage with customers via phone and in-store, schedule appointments, build trust, understand needs, communicate processes, and present services.
  3. Assist in customer care, work order completion, facility maintenance, and purchase ordering under management guidance.
  4. Handle opening and closing responsibilities as a secondary key carrier.
  5. Follow policies for cash, credit, refunds, and returns, and address customer service issues.
  6. Communicate all products and services effectively to customers.
  7. Partner with management to maintain a safe, compliant, and organized work environment.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience; automotive service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands

  • Lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, reach, squat, bend, and operate ladders.
  • Communicate effectively and operate a computer and vehicle safely.
