Overview

The HP Online Sales Specialist is responsible for interacting directly with customers through retailer sites. In this part-time remote position, the online sales specialist will answer questions, attach supplies, and upsell products based on the customers’ needs. It’s important to have a keen eye for detail and a customer service attitude. The role involves ensuring all questions asked on a retailer's site via chat or QA sections are answered promptly, representing HP positively through text-based interactions.

Candidate Requirements
