Cold Call Sales Specialist – Online Travel Industry

Location:

Remote (Must reside in Nevada, per company policy)

Compensation:

$20/hr base pay + commission

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to help refine and execute our evolving sales strategy. The role involves making high-volume outbound calls, refining sales approaches, and contributing creative ideas to drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in a rapidly expanding sales team within the online travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to potential clients
  2. Test and refine sales pitches, strategies, and approaches to improve effectiveness
  3. Provide feedback on sales strategies and contribute ideas to enhance performance
  4. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and customer experience
  6. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or comparable CRM)
Required Experience:
  1. 3+ years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of success
  2. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  3. Experience handling high-volume outbound calls in a fast-paced sales environment
Preferred Experience:
  1. 1+ year of experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
