Job summary

Glockner Ford in Ironton, OH is seeking entry-level to experienced Automotive Technicians to join our team. You will perform maintenance and repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards, and you’ll road-test vehicles after service to verify quality.

Qualifications include ASE certification preferred, 1+ years of repair experience, and ability to complete pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repairs on vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose problems related to a vehicle's engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, or HVAC system.
• Take vehicles out on road tests to confirm that a repair has been successfully completed.
• Conduct routine maintenance, as needed, such as fluid level checks, tire rotations, brake pad replacement, or oil changes.
• Communicating with service advisors about diagnosed problems, necessary repairs and timelines.
• Other duties assigned based on level of experience.
