Qualifications

• 1–3 years manufacturing experience or training; automotive glass preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM; training in quality tools/Lean Six Sigma.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with IATF16949 and 8D reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers at the site to gather information and assess if the product meets requirements.
• Translate voice of the customer into internal quality standards and categorize defects.
• Issue quality alerts and coordinate containment and countermeasures; organize meetings for improvement.
• Follow up countermeasures, verify effectiveness, and close complaints when resolved.
• Create and analyze reports on customer complaints (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc).
• Record customer complaints and sorting activities.
• Communicate with customers to gather feedback and support teams to resolve issues.
• Train teams to write 8D reports and other documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
