Job summary

Team Car Care in Pasadena, CA is hiring a General Service Technician for an entry-level role. You will service guest vehicles, learn through our training program, and gain certification across offered services.

Build a foundation in automotive support while growing toward advanced roles. You’ll collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate, on-time guest care, maintain the shop’s safety and cleanliness, and document all work on repair orders.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality workmanship and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in our training program to receive certification for offered services.
• Mentor junior technicians and support senior staff.
• Check oil levels and tire pressures; communicate with teammates.
• Record all work on repair orders and report safety issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe service center; follow policies.
