Genesis of Baton Rouge, part of Hudson Automotive Group, seeks an experienced General Sales Manager to lead our new- and used-vehicle sales teams in Baton Rouge, LA. You will develop leaders, forecast monthly goals, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has automotive sales and management background, a proven track record of building high‑performing teams, and the ability to hire, train, and motivate staff toward ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Track record of developing new- and used-vehicle sales departments and unlocking potential of all staff.
• Experience forecasting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals for the department and individual sales consultants.
• Proven success in hiring, training, motivating, and assessing performance of sales personnel.
