You will recruit and coach the team, develop pricing and merchandising plans, monitor margins and CSI, and collaborate with the F&I department to maximize per-vehicle revenue while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive sales leadership at GM/SM level.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience with CRM, DMS, and vehicle sales processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of new and used vehicle sales operations to meet and exceed monthly targets
Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing automotive sales team
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing, and merchandising plans
Monitor dealership sales metrics, gross profit, and CSI scores to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with the F&I department to maximize per-vehicle revenue
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Manage vehicle inventory levels, lot organization, and turn rates
Work with the dealer principal and other department managers to align goals
