Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred.
• Experience achieving profitability and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships/sales and coach team.
