You will be responsible for store profitability, inventory control, and executing customer action plans with a focus on DIY and professional segments. The role requires strong automotive knowledge, operating systems proficiency, and the ability to coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing profitability and a team in retail.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Develop and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, coach and manage store team members.
• Oversee inventory and operational standards.
• Lead day-to-day store operations and safety.
