The GM will drive production, administration, and financial performance, ensuring repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs and insurer guidelines.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability and continuous improvement, with career growth from within and weekly pay in the NH market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in automotive or mobile business.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21+ and pass pre-employment screenings (background and MVR).
• Advanced understanding of estimates and repair processes.
• Experience with OEM procedures and scanning processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center including risk management.
• Develop teammates, monitor client metrics and financial performance.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs.
• Reward, recognize and retain talented teammates.
• Review monthly financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure compliance with industry guidelines and insurance partners.
