The role includes risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration, with a focus on rewarding, recognizing, and retaining top talent while monitoring and using financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in automotive or mobile service industry.
• Valid drivere9s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center and risk management.
• Lead teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
• Reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance metrics.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with SOPs and industry standards.
