Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in automotive or mobile services.
• Must have valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21+ and pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Strong knowledge of estimates and OEM repair processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and risk management.
• Develop and mentor teammates; drive client metrics and production targets.
• Administer center finances and operational procedures.
• Recognize top performers and retain talent; ensure protocol compliance.
