Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the center’s operation, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration. This role ensures repairs are performed safely and profitably in accordance with Protech’s SOPs and industry guidelines.

The GM will monitor financial performance, drive improvements from monthly metrics, and lead a team to provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operation, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with SOPs and industry guidelines.
• Review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.

JOB SUMMARY

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate job opening for a General Manager to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but is not limited to the overall operation of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This individual will also reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. General Managers must ensure our teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Protech’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of Management Experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Advanced understanding of Estimates
• Must have prior experience with OEM
• Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures, scanning process
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
