Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our center, focusing on safety, quality, and profitability. This leader will manage staff, monitor client metrics, and administer production and financial controls in line with SOPs and insurer guidelines.

Candidates need 3+ years of automotive management, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and MVR checks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or mobile business.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including risk management and administration.
• Develop teammates and monitor client metrics and production performance.
• Ensure repairs meet SOPs, safety and profitability standards.
