The position is exempt and requires 50-55 hours per week with a rotating schedule including nights and weekends, and compensation includes a sales commission opportunity based on performance.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in retail.
• Proven profitability and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships/sales.
• Hiring, development, performance mgmt., coaching, scheduling and engagement of store Team Members.
• Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards.
• Coach Team Members to meet Customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Lead on-duty responsibilities and safety.
