Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience managing profitability and financial metrics.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• ASE certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, and engage store Team Members.
• Oversee inventory and operational standards; ensure safety and compliance.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities and process improvements.
