The role includes reviewing monthly financial metrics, driving client satisfaction, and leading teams to achieve high performance while promoting from within and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in automotive or mobile business.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass pre-employment screenings (background/MVR).
• Strong understanding of estimates, OEM knowledge, repair processes.
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions; prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service; capable of physical work up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, risk management, and teammate development.
• Monitor client metrics, production, and administration to ensure profitability.
• Reward and retain talent, review monthly financial metrics for opportunities.
