Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.

The role emphasizes rewarding and retaining top performers, monitoring financials, and maintaining repairs that are thorough, safe, and profitable per Protech SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in automotive or mobile service environments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of a service center and ensure high-quality repairs.
• Monitor and review financial performance metrics and identify opportunities and trends.
• Develop and retain teammates, reward performance, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Ensure repairs are performed safely, thoroughly, and profitably in line with SOPs and industry standards.
