Qualifications

• 3+ years in a dealership sales/GM role
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Able to interpret profit and loss statements
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends
• Valid driver’s license and clean record

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
• Recruit, hire, and train service managers, office managers, and sales/finance leaders
• Assist with affordable advertising campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility
• Attend manager meetings and optimize sales processes across the dealership
• Implement growth strategies while managing inventory to local demand
• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy before sharing with senior management
• Uphold all local, state, and federal vehicle sales regulations
