Qualifications

• 10+ years of franchised automotive dealership leadership experience as a General Manager or General Sales Manager.
• Experience with BOTH domestic and import automotive franchises REQUIRED.
• Proven success in dealership profitability, variable and fixed operations, and team development.
• Strong financial management, recruiting, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Professional references REQUIRED.
