Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a General Manager who will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires automotive knowledge, strong leadership, and accountability for financial performance.

You will coach a team of 10–20 members, manage inventory and SOPs, and build Professional Customer relationships while coordinating with district and region for improvements. Expect a demanding schedule with long hours, evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s in business preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience managing a 10–20 person team in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to analyze P&L statements and retail metrics.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and team performance.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and schedule store team members.
• Oversee inventory controls, safety, and store operations.
