Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Grow Professional Customer relationships and sales, with accountability for the team.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store Team Members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities, safety, and open/close duties.
• Lead change management and foster a diverse, respectful environment.
