Job summary

The GM will manage Professional Customer relationships, hire and develop team members, and drive inventory and store operations. A schedule including evenings and weekends is typical, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a retail team and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, merchandising, and customer service.
• Able to analyze P&L statements and implement improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales, and coach team to execute plans.
• Oversee hiring, development, performance management, coaching and scheduling of Team Members.
• Hold the team accountable and drive inventory and operational standards.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities and safety, opening/closing duties, and staff communication.
