Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a General Manager to oversee the center's operations, risk management, and team development. The role includes monitoring financial performance, driving quality repairs, and ensuring profitability in line with SOPs and insurer requirements.

The position emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and maintaining high customer service standards, with benefits from day one and internal growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of management experience in automotive or mobile service.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall operation of the center including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Monitor financial performance metrics and review prior month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure repair work is thorough, safe and profitable following SOPs and industry guidelines.
