You’ll manage Professional Customer relationships, oversee hiring and coaching, and ensure inventory and operations meet targets. Expect long hours, diverse shifts, and a focus on safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must understand automotive systems and parts knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal English; Spanish a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel; PowerPoint preferred.
• Ability to review financial reports and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, and schedule store Team Members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Coach teams to meet DIY and Professional customer needs.
• Fulfill on duty responsibilities and safety tasks.
• Lead change management and foster respectful environment.
• Provide DIY services (battery, wiper install, etc.).
• Support District/Region in other functions as requested.
