StealthMode Local dealership is seeking an accomplished Automotive General Sales Director to lead the front-end sales operation and improve sales volume, processes, team performance, and customer experience. You will oversee new and pre-owned vehicle sales and the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department.

The ideal candidate has a verified track record of maximizing volume and gross profit while maintaining exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index scores.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as GSM or Sales Director at a new car dealership.
• Import brand experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state auto retail and finance laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead team performance by recruiting, training, and coaching managers and consultants.
• Structure and desk deals to maximize front-end gross and support high-value sales.
• Improve inventory readiness with faster reconditioning and sale readiness.
• Drive F&I penetration with aftermarket products and secondary financing options.
