DARCARS Automotive Group in Tenafly, NJ is hiring an Automotive Front Desk Receptionist to be the friendly, professional face of the dealership. You will greet customers, direct them to the right team, answer basic questions, and support sales staff with day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have clear and pleasant telephone communication.
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom customers and determine visit purpose.
• Direct customers to correct department.
• Answer basic inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Enter data into the prospect tracking system.
• Manage switchboard.
• Communicate professionally to minimize hold time.
• Take thorough messages with contact details.
• Provide general information to callers.
• Update and distribute company telephone roster.
• Perform clerical and accounting duties as assigned.
• Serve as showroom greeter.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Prepare transaction receipts for sales/service if applicable.
