Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to appropriate department.
• Take detailed messages and provide basic information to all callers.
• Communicate with callers and customers professionally and efficiently.
• Relay messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Assist with clerical duties as requested.
• Other duties as determined by management.
