You will greet customers, answer calls promptly, collect necessary information, coordinate with estimators, and keep the front office organized. Computer skills are required to perform data entry and payments processing as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience, preferably in customer service.
• Automotive industry experience is desired but not required.
• Comfortable using computers.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all customers in a timely and professional manner, in person or by phone.
• Answer phone calls within 2 rings and relay messages when needed.
• Answer customer questions to the best of your ability.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with all customers.
• Have customers fill out information sheets and coordinate with the Estimator.
• Set up tows and communicate with Estimator.
• Organize and maintain customer files and documents for Estimator.
• Document and collect payments when vehicles are delivered back to customers.
• Keep the front office organized and presentable for customers.
• Order office supplies as needed.
• Maintain a company calendar to ensure enough Estimators are available for estimates.
• Coordinate rental car pickups with providers when needed.
• Remain calm and professional in distressed situations.
