Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Handle service tickets, customer paperwork, and dealer transactions.
• Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, organization).
• Support daily dealership operations as needed.
