Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Friendly and professional demeanor in person and on the phone.
• Proficiency with computers and common office equipment.
• High school diploma or GED; willingness to work evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Answering a multi-line phone system and providing assistance to callers.
• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accurately processing cash and credit card transactions.
• Using computer systems to process customer agreements, service tickets, and dealer exchanges.
• General office duties such as filing, inventory management, and assisting the Office Manager with other tasks as needed.
