Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships seeks a Full-Time Customer Support Specialist / Receptionist to join our busy team. You will warmly greet customers, answer a multi-line phone system, and assist with basic transactions and office duties in a fast-paced automotive setting.

The role requires strong communication, a professional demeanor, and reliability. Some evenings and Saturdays are required, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within the Hertrich network.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Proficient with computers and office equipment.
• Available to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Answering a multi-line phone system and providing assistance to callers.
• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accurately processing cash and credit card transactions.
• Using computer systems to process customer agreements, service tickets, and dealer exchanges.
• General office duties such as filing, inventory management, and assisting the Office Manager with other tasks as needed.
