Job summary

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring a Full-Time Customer Support Specialist / Receptionist to support our busy dealership operations. If you enjoy working with people, handling calls, and being part of a fast-paced team, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with room for advancement.

Based in Easton, MD, you’ll greet customers, manage a multi-line phone system, process transactions, and help keep the front desk organized while supporting daily dealership operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills (phone and in-person).
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Handle service tickets, customer paperwork, and dealer transactions
• Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, organization)
• Support daily dealership operations as needed
