Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a friendly and organized Automotive Sales Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience from the moment they arrive or call.

Greet customers, answer multi-line phones, schedule service appointments and test drives, maintain a clean reception area, and support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably within an automotive dealership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and pleasant demeanor with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate sales or service personnel.
• Answer multi-line phone systems, screening and transferring calls efficiently.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments and test drives.
• Maintain a clean and inviting reception area.
• Process basic paperwork, including customer information forms and sales leads.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and preparing sales folders.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide general information about vehicles and services.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Operate office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines.
