Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager responsible for building and managing a portfolio of automotive dealerships. Key duties include signing dealerships, driving sales, servicing accounts, and managing risks. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the automotive industry and proven relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management:
   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
   2. Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers.
   3. Identify growth opportunities and promote Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings.
   4. Conduct market research to stay competitive.
2. Servicing:
   1. Oversee portfolio servicing to ensure customer satisfaction.
   2. Monitor account performance and address issues proactively.
   3. Collaborate with teams to streamline processes.
   4. Provide training/support to dealerships on financing solutions.
3. Risk Management:
   1. Monitor dealership conditions and performance.
   2. Develop risk assessment models for creditworthiness.
   3. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
   4. Monitor loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Performance-based pay with a base of $50,000/year.
• Guaranteed bonus income for the first 6 months.
• Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement (~$450).
• Average first-year earnings: $114,764; top performers: $126,380.
