Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager. This role involves building and managing a portfolio of automotive dealerships, signing dealerships, driving sales, ensuring excellent account servicing, and managing associated risks. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry and a proven track record in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Management:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers.
• Identify growth opportunities through financing solutions and promote Westlake's offerings.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and industry-aligned.
• Servicing:
• Oversee portfolio servicing, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and address issues proactively.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
• Provide training and support on financing solutions.
• Risk Management:
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance.
• Develop risk assessment models for creditworthiness evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor portfolio performance metrics.

Qualities and Qualifications

• Bilingual (English, Spanish).
• Knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Financial acumen with familiarity with key tools and terminology.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Teams.
• BA/BS and 3+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years in finance, sales, account management, or collections.
• Willingness to travel (>25%), with ability to fly and drive.
• Valid driver’s license.
