We are seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager responsible for building and managing a portfolio of automotive dealerships. Key responsibilities include signing dealerships, driving sales, servicing accounts, and managing risks. The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge and a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
  • Build relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers to understand their financing needs.
  • Identify growth opportunities and promote Westlake Floorplan’s offerings.
  • Conduct market research to stay competitive and aligned with industry trends.
  • Oversee servicing of the portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance and address client issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Provide training to dealerships on financing solutions.
  • Assess dealership creditworthiness and develop risk models.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances and dealer performance.

  • 2+ years in finance, sales, account management, or collections
  • Travel required (>25%), including overnight stays
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel, fly, drive, sit, and stand for extended periods
